All Credit and Debit Cards are accepted. After payment has gone through please ensure that you click back onto our site to secure your purchase. All transactions are protected by our secure server Paypal. Fun Fairies will email you to confirm your order and despatch date.

Privacy

Fun Fairies will maintain your privacy and will treat your information with the highest standard of safety, security and confidentiality. Fun Fairies will not rent, share or sell any of your personal information.

Despatch

Despatch is normally on the same or next working day. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or your local postal service.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If damage has occurred in transit, please notify us immediately (within 1 working day), so that we can send a replacement. Replacements will be despatched once we receive the damaged item.

If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Items will be refunded or exchanged provided that the item is in the same condition as when despatched.

If products need to be returned, please contact us immediately for a reference number and postal address.

Unfortunately, postage and packaging is non-refundable, nor are we responsible for returns that do not reach us.

For returns, a proof of posting can be obtained from the Post Office.

Postage & Packaging

Prices include all carriage charges for UK mainland only. For other destinations, please ask us for the cost.

Packages will be sent out by special delivery.
